3. There's no way using headphones increases battery life, it doesn't change how much power is being used, just where that power is going.

4. why would they put a solar panel? wouldnt a light be 100X more useful?

5. wow that is cheap. but is very compact and useful

7. Bought this radio cuz my town has had problems with black outs that last varying times, not disappointed with the radio
