1. I just replaced my 21w but it came with dark panels and not the more blue panel stips on the old,,seem that the old one charges better than the new …any ideas??

2. buy a portable ammeter and keep it in the pouch. I bought a Bear Grylls one, his had an ammeter but had no pocket
